Recently I took a trip down to London with Erica and our friend Kathryn. I’ve never been on the London Eye before so I was really looking forward to it and we’d reserved a ‘Champagne Experience’ for around the time of sunset so that we could see London by day and by night…it turned out that we timed it just right!
